Scope Title:Civil, Structural, and Electrical Works

RAACS Corp delivered a comprehensive Build-To-Suit scope in Urbiztondo, Pangasinan, covering site preparation, excavation, dewatering, reinforced concrete works, backfilling, structural erection, and final quality testing. The project included clearing and layout, rebar installation, formworks, concrete placement, electrical testing, torque testing, and verticality inspection to ensure safe, accurate, and standards-compliant execution.This BTS project demonstrates RAACS Corp’s capability to manage critical civil, structural, and technical works from ground preparation through final verification, supporting dependable project delivery for client-specific infrastructure requirements.

1. Site Clearing and Layout Works
  • ➤ Clear the project area of debris, vegetation, obstructions, and unsuitable materials.
  • ➤ Establish project boundaries, gridlines, elevations, and reference points.
  • ➤ Conduct site layout and staking based on approved construction drawings.

2. Excavation Works
  • ➤ Excavate foundations, trenches, pits, and other required areas to the specified lines, grades, and depths.
  • ➤ Provide proper protection, shoring, and access where required.
  • ➤ Dispose of excess or unsuitable excavated materials as directed.

3. Dewatering Works
  • ➤ Provide dewatering equipment and systems as necessary to maintain dry and workable excavation areas.
  • ➤ Control groundwater, rainwater, and surface runoff during construction.
  • ➤ Ensure dewatering activities do not damage adjacent structures, utilities, or work areas.

4. Rebar Works
  • ➤ Supply, cut, bend, fabricate, and install reinforcing steel bars according to approved plans and bar bending schedules.

5. FormWorks
  • ➤ Fabricate and install formworks for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, pedestals, and other concrete elements

  • ➤ Remove forms only after concrete has achieved sufficient strength.

6. Concrete Works
  • ➤ Place, vibrate, finish, and cure concrete in accordance with approved specifications.
